Animal Farm 8.

”Our sole object in taking these things is to preserve our health. Milk and apples (this has been proven by Science, comrades) contain substances absolutely necessary to the well-being of a pig. We pigs are brainworkers. The whole management and organization of this farm depend on us. Day and night we are watching over your welfare. It is for your sake that we drink that milk and eat those apples.” PG.36

(E) The pigs got into power by ways of knowledge but are beginning to become very manipulative in order to get their way. So much so that they're willing to lie to their people (animals?) in order to get something that they want. This could be the beginning to their downfall.

Animal Farm 7.

”5. No animal shall drink alcohol.” P.25

(E) One of the seven commandments of Animalism, I believe this one was derived in order to prevent any of the animals from turning into a replica if Mr. Jones, who was a heavy drinker at the time when he began neglecting his animals and fields. The animals must've seen what alcohol does to a person and decided that this type of effect was undesirable to them.

Animal Farm 6.

”[The farmer's] men were idle and dishonest, the fields were full of weeds, the buildings wanted roofing, the hedges were neglected, and the animals were underfed.” P.19

(E) Mr. Jones (the farmer) started to mess up at the wrong time. This was just when he needed to keep the animals happy the most, since they were starting to plot against him and develop their way of thinking, Animalism, but instead he let himself slip and the animals took notice. That's how they were able to revolt in such a small amount of time.

Animal Farm 5.

”Why should we care what happens after we are dead?” P.15-16

(C) Many tend to think in this manner. Even if it's not outright spoken, the way people act make it known that this is their way of thinking. There are those that dispose of their trash and waste carelessly, those that waste their money on petty things when there are other things that need to be attended to, and those that just make everything about themselves, which shows that they have little care for others both now and in the future. I think this is a very selfish way of thinking that can create unnecessary problems for others. I feel it unjust for people to remain thinking in this sort of manner.

Animal Farm 4.

”Soon or late the day is coming, Tyrant Man shall be o'erthrown, And the fruitful fields of England Shall be trod by beats alone..” p.12

(R) I find it ironic that the song Beasts Of England portrays man as being ”Tyrant” but the path that the beasts take turns THEM into the tyrants. They end up becoming exactly what they were trying to revolt from.
